How to carry out project management
Project start-up: The start-up process aims at setting the overall goal of the project and announcing the formal establishment of the project. Usually, the project manager participates in but does not lead the project startup, which is led by the project sponsor or senior management.

In the process of project management, in addition to the above five process groups, we should also pay special attention to the following key elements, which are the basic contents that must be paid attention to in project management:

4. Resource optimization. As an integrator, the project manager needs to strive for and allocate resources reasonably.
5. Smooth communication channels. It is necessary to ensure the normal communication channels inside and outside the project, and communicate and solve problems in time.
6. Treat every member fairly. It is necessary to conduct reasonable performance management for employees and treat all members fairly and equally.
7. Team building. A good team atmosphere can improve the morale of members.
