Influenced by China culture.

From 1372, Ryukyu became a vassal state of China. In the Ming Dynasty, Emperor Hongwu sent 36 Fujian people to move to Jiumi Village in Ryukyu. Since then, Ryukyu has been influenced by China culture. The official language of ancient Ryukyu was written in Chinese, and so were the official documents of China, Korea and Viet Nam. 1879 Before the Ryukyu Penalty, the traditional costume of Ryukyu people was Ryukyu costume, which was similar to Hanfu in China. As a member of the cultural circle of Chinese characters, Ryukyu people also respect Confucian sages such as Confucianism and Confucius. In Ryukyu, there are also many Confucian masters, such as Xiang Xiangxian (Yu Di, according to Si Chaoxiu), Cai Wen (Gu Shichan's pro-Wen Ruo) and Cheng Shunze (favorite article of pro-Qin). 17 18, cheng shunze established minglun hall in jiumi village; 1798, King Shangwen ordered the establishment of China Studies and Rural Studies, which greatly promoted the development of Ryukyu Confucianism.
