What types of stirrers are there in the reaction kettle?

According to the manufacturing structure of the reactor, it can be divided into three categories: open flat-cover reactor, open welded flange reactor and closed reactor, and each structure has its application scope, advantages and disadvantages.

According to the different seal types of reaction kettle, it can be divided into packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal.

The reactor consists of a kettle body, a kettle cover, a jacket, a stirrer, a transmission device, a shaft seal device, a bracket and the like. Generally, the mixed forms are anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type. When the height and diameter of the mixing device are large, multi-layer mixing blades can be used, or they can be selected at will according to the requirements of users. There is a jacket outside the kettle wall, or there is a heat exchange surface inside the kettle, or heat can be exchanged through external circulation. The heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far infrared heating, and external (internal) coil heating. Cooling methods include jacket cooling, coil cooling in the kettle, stirring blades, etc. The bearing seat has support or ear bearing, etc. When the rotating speed exceeds 160 rpm, a gear reducer should be used. The number, specifications or other requirements of holes can be designed and manufactured according to user's requirements.
