The difference lies in the molecules of fat. All fats and oils are made up of fatty acid molecules. So far, only coconut oil and palm kernel oil contain medium-chain fatty acids.

Coconut oil is a medium-chain saturated fatty acid and contains a lot of lauric acid. Nature only exists in breast milk and a few foods, which is beneficial to human body. 3. Coconut oil produced in the northwest province of Sri Lanka has the highest content of medium-chain fatty acids (lauric acid, Caprilic, My Ristic and Capric) and is rich in vitamin E, which is rare in coconut producing areas all over the world. Cold pressed coconut oil produced in many countries is artificially added with medium-chain fatty acids and vitamin E to produce high-content cold pressed coconut oil, which is called high content.

4. During the processing, the Sri Lankan factory of Xiangmigu Company adopts low-temperature cold pressing, and the temperature is strictly controlled within 40 degrees Celsius. The processing temperature of many manufacturers is relatively high, which improves the oil yield, but it does great harm to fatty acids and vitamins.

5. Filtration of coconut oil: Our Sri Lankan factory uses filter cotton imported from Germany to carry out three-layer filtration to ensure that the coconut oil produced is soft in taste, crystal clear in melting state and white as snow in solidification state.

6. Before filling, the manufacturer shall sterilize the container with boiling water and dry the container with a dryer. Before filling, the container will be washed with the same batch of coconut oil, which can effectively extend the shelf life.
