Nickel-containing wastewater how to zero-discharge treatment
Zero discharge nickel wastewater treatment process:
The system consists of two parts, i.e., raw water pretreatment part and reverse osmosis part.
The concentrate of the primary RO system is fed into the secondary RO device by the secondary transfer pump for cyclic concentration. The wastewater treatment capacity of the secondary concentration system is 0.2m3/h, and the concentration of nickel ions in the wastewater is about 16000-1800mg/L, pH5-7. The concentrated solution is directly returned to the electroplating tank for use after evaporation.
Reverse osmosis membrane system after treatment of the effluent is mainly used back to nickel plating rinse water, due to nickel plating liquid working temperature of 55-60 "C, in the plating process there is a large amount of water evaporation, it is in the RO device concentrate discharged dilute nickel-plating liquid (when the amount is small) can be added to the nickel-plating tank for reuse smoothly.
