The villa was rebuilt from the former military camp of jinan military area command Tobacco Army, located in Shanhou Village, Yulindian Town, covering an area of 100 mu, with a total construction area of 10000 square meters. The total investment of this project is 5 million yuan. At the beginning of 2009, it invested more than 3.5 million yuan to rebuild and expand training bases, venues, basketball courts, restaurants and dormitory buildings.

The construction of various supporting facilities in this town has begun to take shape. High altitude development, water development and entertainment, venue development, karaoke hall, billiards, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis and many other entertainment facilities are complete. By the beginning of 2009, the large-scale fruit and vegetable picking garden in this town was basically completed. International Wushu School has been opened, and students from all over the world have been studying China Wushu for a long time.
