The name of each stance of 24-Style Taijiquan
Starting Stance
1) Stand with both feet open, 2) Raise both arms forward, 3) Bend knees and press palms.
2. Left and Right Wild Horse Split Mane
(1) ①Close the foot to hold the ball, ②Turn left and step out, ③Bow step to split.
(2) ① sit back and skim the foot, ② follow the foot and hold the ball, ③ turn right and step out, ④ lunge and break up.
(3) ① sit back and skim the foot, ② follow and hold the ball, ③ turn left and step out, ④ lunge and break up.
3. White Crane Shining Wings
(1) follow the half-step and hold the ball in front of the chest, (2) sit back and raise the arm, (3) break up with a false step.
4. Left and right knee step
(1) ① left turn to drop the hand, ② right turn to close the foot and raise the arm, ③ step out and bend the elbow, ④ lunge and push.
(2) ① sit back and skim the foot, ② follow through and raise the arm, ③ step out and bend the elbow, ④ lunge and push.
(3) ① sit back and skim the feet, ② follow through and raise the arms, ③ step out and bend the elbows, ④ lunge and push.
5. Hand Pipa
1) Spreading the hand with the heel step, ②Sitting back and picking up the palm, ③Closing the arm with a false step.
6.? Left and Right Inverted Rolling Humerus

13. Right Foot Stomp

14. Shuang Feng Guan Er

15. Left Stomping

16. Left Lower Independence

17. Right lower independent
