What does hev mean?

Pacific car network HEV is the abbreviation of HybridElectricVehicle, that is, hybrid car. HEV is a compromise between traditional car and all-electric car: it uses the internal combustion engine of traditional car and the motor (PMSM or asynchronous motor) of pure electric car to drive at the same time, which reduces the demand for fossil fuel and improves fuel economy, thus achieving the effects of energy saving, emission reduction and mitigation of greenhouse effect. Hev refers to a hybrid vehicle;
