Floor heating construction technology

1. Before floor heating construction, check the floor leveling layer. The water distributor is horizontally fixed on the wall with four expansion bolts, and the installation should be firm. Paste 10mm corner insulation board along the wall with latex. It is required that the paste should be flat and the overlap should be tight.

2, laying insulation layer on the leveling layer (such as 2cm thick polystyrene insulation board, insulation coil or imported insulation film, etc. ), the board seam is firmly pasted with glue, aluminum foil paper or a layer of composite aluminum-plated polyester film with coordinate grid lines is laid on the floor heating insulation layer, and the insulation layer is laid flat. On the aluminum foil paper, lay a layer of 2mm steel wire mesh with the spacing of 100× 100mm and the specification of 2m× 1m, and lay it neatly and tightly. The steel wire mesh should be tied with a cable tie, and the uneven or warped part should be fixed on the floor with steel nails. Nailing is not allowed when fixing steel wire mesh in rooms with waterproof layer such as bathroom and kitchen. When the pipeline or steel mesh is bent, measures should be taken to prevent the pipeline from being exposed to the concrete surface.

3. The heating pipes (PEX pipes, PP-C pipes, PB pipes and XPAP pipes) should be spaced according to the requirements of floor heating design, and the pipes should be fixed on the benzene board with plastic pipe clips. The distance between the fixed points should not be greater than 500mm (according to the length direction of the pipeline), and both ends and midpoint of the elbow section greater than 90 should be fixed. The bending radius of the pipe should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the pipe. During installation, the pipeline must be prevented from being polluted. After each loop heating pipe is laid, the nozzle should be blocked in time.

4. Check whether the heating pipes laid by the floor heating are damaged, and whether the pipe spacing meets the design requirements, and then carry out water pressure test, and inject water from the water injection exhaust valve for water pressure test. The test pressure is 1.5 ~ 2 times the working pressure, but not less than 0.6Mpa, and the pressure drop within 1 hour is not more than 0.05Mpa, which is considered as qualified.

5, floor heating radiant heating floor when the side length is more than 8m or the area is more than 40m2, expansion joints should be set, the size of the joint is 5 ~ 8 mm, and the height is the same as that of the fine stone concrete cushion. When the plastic pipe crosses the expansion joint, a flexible sleeve with a length of not less than 400mm should be set. In places with dense water separators and warm air pipes, corrugated pipes with a length not less than 1000mm should be used for external protection to reduce the thermal expansion of concrete. Fill the joints with elastic swelling paste (or imported elastic sealant).

6, after the acceptance of heating pipeline, backfill fine stone concrete, heating pipeline to maintain a pressure of not less than 0.4Mpa; Cushion shall be compacted by manual plastering, and mechanical vibration shall not be used. It is not allowed to trample on the laid pipeline. During the construction period, special personnel shall be assigned to take care of it day and night. After the cushion reaches the curing period, the pipeline system is allowed to release pressure.

7. A filter should be installed at the water inlet of the floor heating water separator to prevent foreign bodies from entering the floor pipe loop, and the water source should be clean water. Plaster cement mortar for leveling and make the ground.
