Kang Jinli is a what?

Kang Jinli was born in Fushun, Liaoning province, in 1960.He was 14 when he stabbed a teacher and felt quite proud of himself.

After dropping out of school, Kang Jinli and a few hooligans started eating bully meals, riding in buses without paying fares, and huddling together. By the age of 28, she had become a "celebrity" in Fushun.

In 1988, Kang Jinli was stabbed. After being discharged from the hospital, he and his brother gathered dozens of people to fight each other, stabbing each other to death, and then went on the road to escape for three years. He repeatedly dreamed of being shot.

In 1991, Kang Jinli was arrested. He was sentenced to death. His family went to Superior Court and said he was murdered for a reason. The court eventually gave him a reprieve and later reduced his sentence. He was released from prison in March 2009 after spending nearly 20 years behind bars. After his release, he made a living as a debt collector.
