What movie is Black Widow?

I only know that the Black Widow is a terrorist organization in Chechnya, Russia. A group of middle-aged women wearing black headscarves and long black dresses, strapped with bombs, walked into the Russian border. They are not afraid of death. The most important thing is that someone is buried with them. Chechens did this to declare their sovereignty. Chechens were bullied by Russians. When men are arrested or killed for hard work, women are raped, so the rest of the women embark on the road of crime in order to independent their own territory. The black widow in The Avengers has no independent film, which may be the role described in the script because of the influence of this organization.
