In 2000, Nimu County People's Government invested in the construction of Nimu County Tibetan incense factory and adopted the operation mode of "company plus farmers". In 2009, Nimu County Tibetan incense factory built a new factory near 3 18 National Road near Tunba Township, and set up exhibition halls and exhibition points to facilitate tourists to understand and buy Tibetan incense. Nimu county Tibetan incense factory has developed a variety of Tibetan incense and sachets, among which the sachets with bright colors and rich fragrance are very distinctive. The sachet is made of silk and contains more than 30 kinds of Tibetan medicine, which is very popular among tourists. In June, 2008, Tibetan incense production techniques were listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.
