Founded in 2003, Xinyang College is located in the Dabie Mountain Revolutionary Old District of Xinyang City, which is one of the top ten livable cities in China. It is adjacent to Nanwan Lake, the Pearl of Jianghuai, in the west and Jigongshan, the Cloud Park in the south.
