What is the construction technology of glass installation?

Glass plates are processed in a glass processing plant and then installed on the construction site. Because glass should not be stored in the construction site for a long time, a detailed installation plan and a detailed glass supply plan should be made before installation to ensure the smooth installation and facilitate the workshop to arrange production.

Construction preparation → inspection and acceptance of glass plates → layered stacking of glass plates → initial installation → fixation → acceptance.

1, construction preparation:

Plate installation is the final product link of the whole curtain wall installation, and full preparations should be made before construction. Preparations include personnel preparation, material preparation and construction site preparation. When arranging the plan, first arrange personnel according to the actual situation and the requirements of the project progress. Generally, 4 ~ 5 people are arranged in each group, and 6 people can be arranged in each group when installing glass plates. Pay attention to the collocation of the old and the new when arranging, ensure the normal construction, and take the old with the new principle. Materials, tools and instruments should be fully prepared. Check whether the glass plate placed on the working face exists, whether there is any existing or damaged glass, and also check whether the materials and consumables such as bolt pressing block and drill bit can meet the use. The construction site is prepared to leave enough space in the construction section to meet the installation needs.

2. Check and accept the glass plate:

The contents of the inspection are:

(1) Whether the specification quantity is correct;

(2) whether there is dislocation glass between layers;

(3) Whether the glass stacking is safe and reliable;

(4) Whether there is an error exceeding the standard and whether there is broken glass.

The contents of acceptance include:

(1) Whether the three-dimensional error is within the control range;

(2) Whether the glass aluminum frame is damaged, and the replacement should be replaced;

(3) Whether the structural adhesive is abnormal;

(4) structural adhesive bonding test sampling.

Inspection and acceptance shall be recorded in detail and bound into a book, and signed on the list of personnel participating in inspection and acceptance.

3. Stack the glass plates according to layered specifications: Before installing the glass plates, clean them, pile them in layered order and tilt them properly to avoid overturning after work.

4. Initial installation: 4 ~ 5 people/group during installation, and the installation includes the following steps:

(1) Check the glass;

(2) transport glass;

(3) adjust the direction;

(4) lifting the glass to the vicinity of the installation position;

(5) beam dropping groove;

(6) gluing;

(7) drilling;

(8) Upper pressing block (temporary fixation).

(9) Adjustment: After the initial installation of the glass plate is completed, adjust the plate, and the adjustment standard is horizontal, vertical and flat. Horizontal flat means that the beam is horizontal and the glue seal is horizontal; Vertical refers to vertical column vertical rubber seal; Plane means that all the glass is on the same plane or cambered surface. After the outdoor adjustment, check whether the indoor leveling place is flat and whether the dimensions of each part meet the design requirements.

(10) Fixing: Fix the glass plate immediately after adjustment. The main thing is to press the block to fix it. Pay attention to drilling when briquetting, the briquetting spacing shall not be greater than the specified size, and the hand electric drill bit shall not be greater than φ4.2. When briquetting, press upward to prevent loosening.

(1 1) Acceptance: Every glass installation, quality control is carried out from the installation process to the completion of the installation, and acceptance is also interspersed in the whole process. The acceptance contents include:

(1) whether there is a problem with the plate itself;

(2) Whether the glue line size meets the design requirements;

(3) whether the glue line is horizontal and vertical;

(4) Whether the glass plate has the phenomenon of wrong surface;

(5) Whether the interface between aluminum materials meets the design requirements;

⑥ The acceptance record and the fixing of the upper pressure block belong to the scope of concealed works, and all materials shall be prepared according to the relevant provisions of concealed works.

(3) Instruments and personnel:

Instruments: sucker, electric drill, screwdriver, etc.

Personnel: 4 ~ 5 people/group.

(4) Construction precautions:

1. Plan the installation and provide the stacking area.

2. Strictly control the quality, including the installation and construction of semi-finished raw materials.

3. Pay attention to labor safety protection.

4, pay attention to the protection of labor semi-finished products.

5. Arrange personnel, material transportation and site management.

6, pay attention to the order of the panel from processing to installation, should be installed according to the direction of the arrow marked on the panel.

7. When installing bolts, pay attention to that the panel should be fixed in the middle of the adjusting hole.
