Traditional festivals of Uzbek people

The main festivals of Uzbeks are "Holy Day", "Minz Day" and "Eid al-Adha". Traditional festivals are basically the same as those of other local ethnic groups who believe in Islam. ji zi Festival and Eid al-Adha are the most solemn festivals in a year.

Adults should fast during Ramadan before ji zi Day. When eating fast food, relatives, friends and neighbors should invite each other. If there are guests, the host should treat them warmly. On Eid al-Adha, we slaughter cattle and sheep, fry cakes, eat hand-grabbed meat and pilaf, and eat the unique folk flavor food "Na Ren".

Nowruz Festival is the Spring Festival of Uzbeks and the most solemn festival. It will be held on March 2 1 day of the Gregorian calendar, and then the ceremony of "Su Mai Lake" will be held. At that time, taking the village as a unit, everyone will gather all kinds of raw food and cook it in a big pot.
