Introduction of Lijiang Rib Hot Pot
Lijiang Rib Hotpot is one of the traditional delicacies in Lijiang, Yunnan. Many people don't know the origin of this dish. It is a main course in the third stack of Naxi famous dish "Water Three Stacks"-"Warm Stacks". Three stacks of water are equivalent to a Manchu-Han banquet of Naxi nationality, and only the most distinguished guests serve this dish. According to legend, when Xu Xiake visited Lijiang, Naxi Tusi entertained him with 108 "Triple Water".
