The Beauty of Tradition —— Traditional Japanese Colors
Semi-color—
A fine purple (I liked light purple best when I was a child), and half color is a color between deep purple and light purple. Because in ancient Japan, purple was a noble color, especially the thick purple "deep purple" was a forbidden color that no one could wear except the royal family and nobles in high positions. In contrast, people of any status can wear light purple, and anyone can wear it as long as it is lighter than light purple. To put it bluntly, this semi-color comes from the vision of people who want to wear more purple.
Equisetum color-
Mosquito-repellent incense is a symbol of the color of equisetum. The nostalgic mosquito-repellent incense in the shape of a whirlpool was actually invented by the Japanese. I have also increased my knowledge. That was a long-term thing at home when I was a child, and now everyone uses external mosquito repellent)
Chestnuts in autumn-
This color is the color of cooked chestnut shells. Chestnut food represents matsutake; Drinks represent coffee (my favorite). In Japan, coffee was introduced from a Dutch company in Nagasaki in the middle of the Edo period. In China, coffee was first planted successfully in Taiwan Province, while coffee cultivation in Chinese mainland began in Yunnan. A French missionary introduced seeds from the "Silver Palace" and successfully planted them in Binchuan County, Yunnan Province. The representative of maroon animals is shrimp chipmunks, which are afraid of cold and hibernate from 10 to April of the following year. In early autumn, they begin to prepare for winter. They stuffed their cheeks with acorns, which reminded people of the little squirrel who was always in trouble in the Ice Age movie. Cute and innocent looks always make people laugh.
The rich colors and detailed descriptions in the book fully show the Japanese spirit of exploring one thing.
There are about 1 100 kinds of traditional Japanese colors, such as alizarin color, oriental cloud color and bottle peep. These elegant color names and the world created by colors reveal the mutual concern between man and nature, as well as people's delicate perception of the changes of the four seasons, and more vividly describe people's life interests and aesthetic hearts throughout the ages.
