Zhou Zhihe, male, Yixing Zisha Craft Factory, Jiangsu Province, national senior arts and crafts artist, member of China Arts and Crafts Association, member of Zisha Industry Association, outstanding young ceramist, 1965, from Yixing, Jiangsu Province. He began to design the traditional craft of hand-made pots in 1980s, and was taught and guided by Master Xu Hantang and Teacher Jiang Jianxiang. He gained a deeper understanding of the art of purple sand and devoted himself to the analysis and research of traditional masterpieces for many years.
