Eight kinds of massage therapy:

7. dispel: the main function is to "knead and disperse" to dredge accumulation, regardless of tangible and intangible stagnation. Using elimination method to treat viscera stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm and food accumulation can dredge qi and blood and disperse accumulation.

8. Clear: Operate the selected acupoints and parts with the method of combining rigidity with softness to achieve the purpose of clearing away heat and removing annoyance.
