Yes. Mr. Bean is the main character of the British television comedy Mr. Bean and its spin-offs, played by Rowan Elkins. Mr. Bean is a slightly awkward, slightly childish, slightly one-way-thinking, slightly shy, and slightly short-circuited guy who does a single thing and wears a single outfit. Mr. Bean has a close companion in the form of his beloved teddy bear, which he often carries around with him, even when he sleeps.
