What are banlou and tower?

Advantages of tower:

Disadvantages of the tower:

2. The utilization rate is not high. The utilization rate of tower apartment in gray space is generally lower than that of board building 10 percentage point, and the kitchen, dining room and bathroom in the apartment are often not directly ventilated. Such a place is called "grey space".
