Method for producing methacrylonitrile
Is prepare by ammoxidation of mixed C4 hydrocarbon. C4 hydrocarbons mainly contain 44.2% of n-butene-1, 3 1.6% of isobutylene, 12.5% of butene -2, and a small amount of other C4 hydrocarbons. Raw materials C4 hydrocarbons, ammonia and saturated wet air are mixed in a preheater according to a ratio (1:1.4:13-14), preheated to 180-200℃, and then discharged from the bottom of the reactor at a linear speed of 0.5m/s. Saturated C4 hydrocarbons contain n-butene, which is oxidized to butadiene. The yield was over 44.9%, and the conversion rate of 1- butene reached 76.3 1%. Therefore, two products can be obtained by this method.
