Simple udon noodle making?

Mushroom and vanilla udon noodles

Ingredients: mushroom100g, udon noodles100g, fresh basil 20g.

Accessories: 20g beef sauce, a little dried dill.

Steps:

After the mushrooms are cleaned, the dust on the surface of basil leaves can be gently washed away by hand. Boil the water in the pot, blanch the mushrooms, remove and drain.
