What's the name of the connector of the computer monitor?

There are three types of connectors for computer monitors, as listed below:

1, VGA data plug.

VGA data cable is a special kind of cable, which is used to connect the VGA interface (D-SUB) of TV or monitor and the VGA interface (D-SUB) of graphics card. Most computers are connected to external display devices through analog VGA interface. Display image information generated digitally in a computer is converted into R, G and B tricolor signals and line and field synchronization signals by a digital/analog converter in a graphics card, and these signals are transmitted to a display device through a data line.

2.DVI data plug

DVI (Digital Visual Interface), that is, digital video interface. It is the interface standard of DDWG (Digital Display Working Group) introduced by Silicon Image, Intel (Intel), Compaq (Compaq), IBM, HP (Hewlett Packard), NEC and Fujitsu (Fujitsu) in 1999.

3.HDMI data plug

HDMI is the abbreviation of high-definition multimedia interface cable, which can transmit uncompressed high-definition video and multi-channel audio data with high quality, and the highest data transmission speed is 5Gbps. At the same time, there is no need for line/analog or analog/digital conversion before signal transmission, which can ensure the highest quality audio-visual signal transmission.
