In the She society, families without children often recruit family members, and many families with sons also let their sons go to the family members and let their daughters stay to "recruit their sons" (i.e., son-in-laws). Generally, the children of those who join the family should follow the mother's name, and there are also two sons who follow the parents' names. If both husband and wife are only child, you have to "do both home", that is, the first few years of marriage on both sides of the home to take care of, living in no fixed place.

5. Traditional Culture

The traditional culture of the She people is extremely rich. The Song of the High Emperor is a famous epic poem, which mainly describes the origin and migration of the She people. The She people are especially fond of singing mountain songs, and the "She Song" is the pearl of She culture. In rituals, praying to the gods and Buddha, entertaining guests, festivals, or ordinary life and labor, people use songs to speak and answer.
