Chinese medicine practitioners with apprentice title evaluation document

Have a high school education or above, sign a contract with the tutor (deputy director with the title of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine or above) and be notarized by a notary organ at or above the county level, apply to the provincial administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine for three years, fill out the Application Form for Apprenticeship in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and issue the Certificate of Apprenticeship in Traditional Chinese Medicine after passing the examination; 1 year after clinical work, you can apply for the national examination for practicing assistant doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.
