Pc material
The material name of pc is polycarbonate, and its composition is a tough thermoplastic resin, and its name comes from its internal CO3 group. It can be synthesized from bisphenol A and carbon oxychloride (COCl2). At present, the most commonly used method is melt transesterification (bisphenol A and diphenyl carbonate are synthesized by transesterification and polycondensation).
Tpu material
The material name of tpu is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, and its components are polymer materials polymerized by diisocyanate molecules such as diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI), high molecular polyol and low molecular polyol (chain extender).
Third, the characteristics are different.
Characteristics of pc materials
1, high strength and elastic coefficient, high impact strength and wide temperature range;

3. Low molding shrinkage and good dimensional stability;

Characteristics of tpu material
1, wide hardness range: products with different hardness can be obtained by changing the ratio of TPU reaction components, and with the increase of hardness, the products still maintain good elasticity and wear resistance.
2. High mechanical strength: TPU products have outstanding bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption performance.
3. The cold resistance of TPU is outstanding: the glass transition temperature of TPU is relatively low, and it still maintains good physical properties such as elasticity and flexibility at MINUS 35 degrees.
4. Good processability: TPU can be processed by ordinary processing methods of thermoplastic materials, such as injection molding, extrusion and calendering. At the same time, TPU can be processed with some polymer materials to obtain polymer alloys with complementary properties.

6. Good recyclability.

Tpu material
