How many brewing methods are there for liquor?

There are three brewing methods of liquor: solid method, liquid method and solid-liquid combination method.

First, the solid-state method

Solid state method is a traditional brewing method in China. Using sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, corn, wheat and other grains as raw materials, liquor was finally brewed through a series of unique processes, such as solid-state saccharification and fermentation, open production, koji-making by inoculation with natural microorganisms, retort distillation, storage in pottery jar or wine sea, aging and so on. That is, people often say that grain wine.

Second, the liquid method

The liquid law was put forward in the early days of liberation with reference to the experience of reforming vodka in the Soviet Union. It is made of grains, potatoes, molasses and other raw materials through liquid fermentation, distillation into edible alcohol, and then seasoning and blending. Therefore, liquor brewed by liquid method is also called new technology liquor, and it is also a common concept of alcoholic liquor.

Third, the solid-liquid combination method

Solid-liquid liquor is a blend of not less than 30% solid-liquid liquor and liquid liquor.
