How to calculate the cost price of a pair of jeans
The price of jeans mainly consists of fabrics, accessories, lathe workers, washing water, packaging and management fees.
1. Fabric price: average consumption (including loss) x fabric unit price.
2. Accessories price: nails, buttons, zippers, sewing thread, tags, plastic bags, cartons (including 3% loss).
3. Workshop price: including wages for cutting, sewing, nailing, ironing and packaging.
4. Washing price: hand rubbing, wrinkling, abrasion and crease on jeans are priced according to the number of pieces.
5. Management expenses: salaries of business personnel, document personnel and workshop management personnel.
The sum of the above five points is the pure cost of a pair of jeans, excluding profit. If you add the factory gross profit, it is the ex-factory price.
