Making Steps

1. Prepare the Dough

Mix the flour and water to form a dough, knead it until smooth, cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 30 minutes.

2. Make the filling

Add the sugar to the pan and heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and turns brown, then add the sesame seeds and toss to coat.

3. Make the peaches
