2. Chun Xian said that spring is a social custom of the Han nationality, which is popular in all parts of Sichuan, around the Spring Festival. Chun Xian wears a black hat and official clothes, holding a woodcut spring cow in his left hand, a spring stick in his right hand and a whip on his back. Dam banquet: also known as flowing water mat, nine bowls, nine bowls, etc. It is one of the traditional dishes in Sichuan, and its main feature is steamed vegetables, which was originally named after steamed vegetables among the nine major dishes.
