Authorization-the secret of building a super team

The book Empowerment has been heard many times since last year. At first I thought it was about methods, but now I think it is actually about another kind of thinking.

In this complex world that traditional reductionism can't cope with, fuzziness, variability, uncertainty, uncontrollable, unpredictable and even irregular become the norm. Almost every day, something like the "butterfly effect" happens, which is staggering, and the inherent thinking mode of mechanization is no longer feasible. We often feel that individuals and organizations are trapped in a solid, closed and helpless deep well. How can we improve our cognition and effectiveness?

In the process of listening to this book, the "starfish model" mentioned by Fan Deng in the book "Games Change the World" can't help but come to mind. After leaving the mother's body, each individual can still exercise its functions independently, form its own system and evolve itself. How incredible, how vigorous! Now I realize that this is actually a form of empowerment.

Empowerment is about letting the right person do the right thing at the right time and in the right way.

Empowering thinking is the thinking angle of leaders and controllers. It can not only be applied to enterprise management, but also empower peers, guests and children in life.

What I understand most is the following three points:

Only by establishing a super team with mutual trust, unified goals and flexibility can we be invincible in this uncertain world! This is what empowerment brings to me.
