In 2002, the delivery service of raw and auxiliary materials of Xinyang cuisine and the construction of Xinyang cuisine demonstration hotel reached an unprecedented level, and Xinyang cuisine soon became the highlight of developing Xinyang economy and displaying Xinyang image. A large number of Xinyang migrant workers joined the army of Xinyang cuisine practitioners, adding fuel to the flames and contributing wisdom, which greatly promoted the development speed of Xinyang cuisine and expanded the scale of Xinyang cuisine.
