3, paint surface construction

When scraping putty, you need to apply primer first, in order to protect the base from alkali corrosion. Then the construction of latex paint is carried out twice, mostly by spraying, and the paint film is relatively uniform. However, after spraying, the surface of the base should be thoroughly dried before polishing.

4. Post-work

The latex paint is well constructed, and it needs to be left for a period of time after being polished with fine sandpaper. Because it usually takes some time for latex paint to dry completely, the owner should open the window to ventilate and speed up the drying of paint surface. In addition, after the paint is completed, it needs to be accepted, that is, whether the top surface of the wall is flat, whether the surface is concave and convex, and whether there is dust to the touch.

Matters needing attention in paint construction:

1, pay attention to the surface treatment of white stubble. When painting construction, the wooden surface that needs oil decoration should be cleaned up. If there is dust, glue stains, stains, pencil paths, etc. , must be treated. If the steam nail cap is exposed on the surface, it should be rushed into the wood surface.

2. Step 2, brush the primer. Pay attention to the concentration of primer when brushing primer. When brushing, evenly brush twice along the wood grain from top to bottom and from left to right, and avoid hanging pile oil when brushing. Priming is required for more than four times (excluding sealing primer).

3. When plugging putty, brush the primer first, and then plug putty. For steam nail holes and flat-fell seam, etc. The putty preparation is made of lithopone and water-based pigment according to the color of the decorative board. It is required that the putty be fully coated and protrude from the wooden surface as the allowance for dry shrinkage sanding.

4, sanding, after being bored with child dry with 360 # water mill sandpaper grinding. When operating, the force should be even, and the bottom should not be exposed. Pay attention to the outer corner. If there is any exposed ground, it should be repaired in time.
