In this process, a large number of physical and chemical reactions have taken place inside the plastic particles, including the changes of the chemical properties of the plastic itself at high temperature and high pressure and the chemical reactions with additives, which will produce a large number of harmful gases. Including some dust particles, non-methane total hydrocarbons and other harmful substances, such as acrylonitrile, non-methane total hydrocarbons, vinyl chloride and so on.
