What's the difference between digital printing with reactive dyes and traditional printing?

Digital printing scheme of Ruimei reactive dye ink

Matching ink ReactoMe sharp reactive dye ink

Ink features 1, complete color spectrum and wide color gamut.

2. Environmental protection (excluding any prohibited chemical components, meeting the environmental protection requirements for exporting to Europe and America)

3, the stability is good, and hydrolysis is eliminated

4, high fluency and high color saturation, which is safe for the nozzle.

5. The traditional reactive dye printing post-treatment process can be adopted.

6. Printed textiles are soft and colorful.

7, excellent fastness

8. Printing all fabrics requires sizing pretreatment.

Scope of application: 1 Application direction: printing of fabrics, garments, clothing pieces and other textiles. Printing of high-end fashion fabrics, scarves, ties, high-end bedding, interior decoration products and other fabrics.

2. Applicable fabrics: pure cotton, hemp, artificial cotton, modal, bamboo fiber and Tencel; Printing of silk, wool, cashmere and other fabrics.

3. Applicable models: MIMAKI TX3/TX5, MS-JP4/JP5, MUTOH, ROLAND, Hong Jie -4 180/4 165/8420 Hong Jie series and other piezoelectric digital printing machines.

Fastness index (SGS test result) 1, light fastness (cotton): Grade 5 or above (up to Grade 8).

2. Fastness to dry rubbing (cotton): Grade 4-5 (up to Grade 5)

3. Wet rubbing fastness (cotton): Grade 4-5 (up to Grade 5)

4. Washability and discoloration (cotton): Grade 4-5 (up to Grade 5)

5. White spots on each fiber (cotton): Grade 4-5 (the highest grade is Grade 5)

Ink color system

Auxiliary product 1, pretreatment primer (auxiliary set)

2. "Dr. clean" nozzle cleaning solution

Process flow: pre-press semi-finished product sizing and priming → drying → digital printing → drying → steaming (102℃*8 minutes) → washing → drying → finishing.

Precautions:

1, the amount of priming paint should be consistent and uniform;

2, pre-press and post-press drying should be fully consistent, there can be no water droplets;

3. When steaming, the steam should be saturated, and the temperature, humidity, pressure and time before and after steaming should be consistent. In the steaming process, it is necessary to prevent steam water droplets from directly wetting the surface of the cloth;

4. It is suggested to wash the cloth with cold water first, then with hot water and soap, so that the size and floating color of the cloth can be fully washed.
