The test results show that after stopping the operation of the air preheater acoustic sootblower, the boiler exhaust smoke temperature began to rise, the first three days of the exhaust smoke temperature rises slowly, after about four days of time, the exhaust smoke temperature rises rapidly. Restore the air pre-preheater sonic sootblower operation, after about the same time, the boiler exhaust temperature is reduced to the original level, from the beginning of the 150 ℃ to 126 ℃, indicating that the sonic sootblower will be the first few days of the air pre-preheater deposition of dust removal, sonic sootblower ash removal effect is obvious. The above tests were conducted under the same working conditions.
