Structure of Li's Taijiquan
Li's Taijiquan consists of Tianpanquan, Diandiquan and Renpanquan. Tianpanquan, which has been lost, is soft and mainly practiced for internal strength and power transformation. The Earth Fist, which is rigid, is mainly used for practicing rigidity and offense. The Human Plate Fist, or Five Elements Punch, on the other hand, is a combination of rigidity and flexibility.
Ren Pan Quan is divided into four segments according to the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, and each segment is different from the other because of the four seasons, and there is a difference between lightness, slowness and urgency, and rigidity, softness and fierceness of the punching force. If you practice carefully, you will be able to realize its subtleties.
