Raw materials:

A piece of beef, a number of beef bones, onion, ginger slices, star anise, fennel, fragrant leaves, tsaoko, fennel, pepper, white pepper, galangal, nutmeg, water chestnut, Amomum villosum, dried tangerine peel and kaempferia kaempferia.

Exercise:

4. Boil a pot of boiling water in a boiling pot, add noodles, take them out after cooking, pour in beef soup, radish slices, sprinkle with beef pieces, minced onion and garlic, minced coriander, and add oil and spicy seeds as you like.

Making spicy oil is also very particular. Put more oil in the pot, bring it to a boil, cool it to about 100℃, add ginger peel, pepper, tsaoko and star anise, stir fry slowly with a shovel, turn off the heat after the fragrance comes out, skim off these seasonings, then pour into a small cup, add Chili powder and white sesame seeds.
