What types of loaders are there?

Forklift trucks generally refer to loaders, and the models of loaders are divided into small, medium, large and extra-large loaders according to engine power.

Small loader. The power of small loader is less than 74kw, which is flexible, convenient and easy to operate.

Medium loader. The power of medium-sized loaders is between 74~ 147kw, such as small and medium-sized wheel loaders with model ZL30.

Large loader. The power of large loaders is between 147 and 5 15kW. For example, the Z450 large loader is a shovel-connected wheel loader with the power of 162KW, which has the basic structures of modern wheel loaders such as hydraulic mechanical transmission, power shifting and pneumatic oil afterburner braking.

Super loader. Power of oversize loader is greater than 5 15kw. Extra-large loaders have the advantages of good power, strong digging force, flexibility, light operation and high working efficiency.

The purpose of forklift truck:

Loaders are mainly used for shoveling, loading, unloading, earth moving, stone moving and other bulk materials, and can also shovel and dig rocks and hard soil lightly. If you change different working devices, you can also complete the work of bulldozing, lifting and loading and unloading other materials.

In highway construction, it is mainly used for the filling and excavation of subgrade engineering, the loading of aggregate and asphalt and cement concrete yards. Because it has the advantages of fast working speed, good maneuverability and easy operation, it has developed rapidly and become the main machinery in earthwork construction.
