Ordinary white sugar is a finished sucrose crystal made from sugarcane, beet or raw sugar (crude sugar) through the processes of extracting sugar juice (or redissolving), cleaning sugar juice or syrup, boiling crystallization, centrifugal honey separation, screening and drying. The sucrose content is not less than 99.5%.
Therefore, refined granulated sugar is especially suitable for use as household standing sugar.
