Why do urban building photovoltaic power stations choose low-power inverters?

I am engaged in photovoltaic industry, and I am also studying grid-connected system recently. First of all, I want to tell you that the characteristic of inverter is that the higher the power, the higher the efficiency, and the highest can reach about 95%. That is to say, if the construction site of 1MW photovoltaic power station is relatively flat, but it is not integrated with the building, then using two 500KW photovoltaic power stations can effectively increase the power generation efficiency and prolong the life of the inverter.

Integrated buildings are different, because the effective utilization area of buildings is limited, and the total amount of 1MW may take several buildings to make up 1MW. Therefore, in order to reduce the line loss, an independent inverter is adopted.
