Tai Ji Chuan's breathing method

Tai Ji Chuan's junior practitioners combined with deep, long, thin and even breathing requirements, through the guidance of ideas, gradually changed chest breathing into abdominal breathing. This is the simplest one. Let's take a deep interpretation of Tai Ji Chuan's breathing method:

The first type: natural breathing, for beginners. At the beginning of learning, due to uncoordinated movements or insufficient lung capacity, it is required to breathe naturally and cannot be deliberately stretched to match the movements.

Second, take a deep breath, which is for students who have studied Tai Ji Chuan for some time. On the basis of natural breathing, breathe as deeply, thin, light, evenly and long as possible.

The third type: reverse abdominal breathing, which is aimed at advanced students. When inhaling, the abdomen is adducted, and when exhaling, the abdomen naturally bulges out to activate the internal qi and dredge the meridians.

The fourth type: fetal interest, that is, abdominal breathing. Breathing through the navel like a baby is actually a highly gentle abdominal breathing method induced by ideas. When practicing this breathing method, it is required to observe the abdomen. When inhaling, the intentional breath is inhaled from the abdomen, then stopped for a while, and then exhaled from the abdomen. Pause and repeat. Breathe carefully, slowly and evenly, meaning as if nothing had happened.

The last breath is body breathing, it is real breathing, breathing through the skin and pores of the whole body. Breathe with heaven and earth to achieve the unity of heaven and man.

When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, you breathe and suck. In the process of breathing and sucking, the body accumulates powerful energy flow and produces internal qi. Internal qi is the life energy flow in human body. Its strength determines the health of human body. Although the internal qi is innate, its rise and fall can not be separated from the cultivation of the day after tomorrow. As long as you practice Tai Ji Chuan scientifically and reasonably, you can gather and strengthen the internal qi, and then use the rich and powerful internal qi to strengthen your physique and resist the enemy.

Health pavilion focuses on health preservation, that is, under the control of comfortable and quiet consciousness, we are required to guide breathing through reasonable posture, so that people's innate qi can gather, fill, enrich, expand and surge in a short time, and gradually penetrate Ren Du's second pulse and the twelve meridians's eight strange meridians to enrich the whole body.

Under the guidance of the heart, the internal qi flows in the heart, so the heart is not strong and the stomach is not cold; If the internal qi moves in the lung, it will rise and fall freely, and under the lung qi, it will be absorbed by the kidney, and the qi will sink in the abdomen, transport and transform without breathing; Internal qi moves in the liver, liver fire is flat, and brain is bright; If the internal qi is transported to the spleen, it will be transported to health care, and the acquired vitality will be strong and the skin will be healthy and shiny; If the internal qi runs between blood vessels, there will be no stagnation of camp and health; When the internal qi runs on the skin, it feels sensitive and the tip is sufficient.

Use my heart to make my qi fit my body and attack my disease. Why not move on and get better?
