What is the specialty of Ji 'an Zuo 'an in Suichuan, Jiangxi?
Suichuan kumquat is a hybrid of Luofu and Yuankumquat. Orange skin, edible, sweet and slightly sour, fragrant and refreshing. At the beginning of the Northern Song Dynasty, kumquat was widely planted in Suichuan. Han Yanzhi's "Orange Record" in the Southern Song Dynasty reads: "Kumquat came from Jiangxi, but northerners don't know." It has a history of more than 900 years.
Suichuan gully brain: produced in gully brain mountain. The finished tea leaves are delicate and uniform, slightly dark green in blue, and covered with a soft white velvet. It only takes five to seven leaves to make tea, and the tea soup is clear and slightly golden, with a cool and fragrant taste, sweet and lasting. Tea started in the late Ming Dynasty.
