You should believe that capital is the most sensitive and fair, and you can go wherever you can make money. If raising pigs is a profitable business, capital will flock to it.
Nowadays, many people say that with the upgrading of consumption, the demand for local pigs and chickens has greatly increased. This is a wrong cognition. If so many people are consumers of local pigs and chickens, those who raise local pigs and chickens will make a lot of money. In fact, few people are willing to consume local pigs and chickens for two reasons: first, they are worried that they can't buy real goods, and second, they earn expensive money.
In fact, the middle class is not sensitive to price, but they are willing to consume high-quality pork. Please remember that local pork is not equal to high-quality pork, and it is not equal to high-grade pork. Safety, good meat quality, standardized production, perfect traceability management and high brand reputation are the real high-end products, and it is not enough to just taste delicious.
Why can't we take the toll road? Because you can't prove and convince people that your pork is a quality product, is your pork standardized? Is traceability management implemented? Is the brand reputation good? I think very few people can do it.
As for why the price can't go up, it's actually the same problem, because you can't prove that you are high-quality pork, so you can't realize a premium.
Finally, it should be emphasized that raising pigs in the pen is to sell pigs, and raising pigs in the soil is to sell meat. The play is completely different. If you don't have strong financial strength, rich brand operation experience and fresh operation ability, you'd better quit as early as possible, and don't make a mistake again.
