Investigation report on diet culture and health
1, street food processors are very miscellaneous, including farmers, vegetable farmers, on-the-job workers, urban idle laborers and people released from two jobs. The general cultural quality is low and the concept of legal system is weak.
2. Street food business facilities and health protection facilities are not perfect.
Street food stalls generally gather in crowded and mobile public places, such as school gates, and dust and bacteria in the air can easily pollute food.
4, management confusion, poor food hygiene supervision, street food hygiene can not be guaranteed. For example, fried food may be contaminated many times. First of all, you can't guarantee that it is fresh; Second, you can't guarantee that it is cleaned and disinfected; Then you can't guarantee the quality of oil; Finally, you can't even guarantee the hygiene of the seasoning, and you have to eat it in an unsanitary environment. It is reasonable to say that no one dares to eat it, but middle school students just love to eat this kind of food. After a questionnaire survey, it is confirmed that 79% of the students love fried food and continue to eat it because they don't feel sick after eating it. In fact, these unsanitary foods with bacteria are devouring your health day by day. Middle school students are in the growing period, so we should pay more attention to a reasonable diet. As a middle school student, the total calories per person per day is 2,400 calories, and 70 grams of protein can be ingested, which can achieve a basic balance of diet and nutrition. Try to eat more fruits, vegetables and beans containing vitamins. We also conducted a written investigation on this point. The results show that 58% middle school students often eat fruit, and 2.5% middle school students never eat fruit. Only 35% of middle school students love vegetables. Eat more foods containing amino acids to ensure energy and enhance understanding. Such as milk, fish, eggs, etc. Eat less sugary foods and high-fat foods. A recent study by Dutch scholars shows that eating a lot of fried and baked foods will not only lead to unbalanced nutrition, but also increase the risk of heart disease, mainly because trans fatty acids rich in these foods are harmful to the heart. Therefore, middle school students should try to restrain themselves from eating less of this kind of food.
In order to make middle school students' friends eat healthier, according to our experience in the investigation, we put forward the following suggestions and some methods for reference.
1. Choose a food stall with a "Hygiene Permit".
2. Personal dining space should be as large as possible to prevent saliva-borne diseases.
3. Wash your hands and peel as much as possible after eating melons and fruits.
4, don't eat expired food, in order to do this, you should try to go to state-owned supermarkets to buy food. Among the students, 85% expressed their willingness to go to the supermarket to buy food.
5. Don't buy unpackaged food produced by small manufacturers.
6. Before eating, observe the dining environment and the personal hygiene of the operator.
7. Wash your hands before meals to prevent illness from entering your mouth.
8. Don't use plastic products to hold high-temperature food.
9. Don't eat brightly colored meat.
Dietary health should not only pay attention to the hygiene of diet, but also pay attention to the reasonable collocation of food, and choose different foods according to different gender, age and occupation. Middle school students are in a leap period of growth and development, which is an important period for their health and knowledge. At this stage, growth rate, sexual maturity, learning ability, sports performance and labor efficiency are all closely related to nutritional status, so we must pay attention to reasonable diet.
With the discovery of several recent food poisoning incidents among local middle school students, food safety in middle schools has become the focus of attention. It is suggested to strengthen the education of nutrition and hygiene knowledge and the cultivation of food hygiene behavior among primary and secondary school students.
Sixth, learning experience.
The above are the results of our group research, hoping to provide some help for middle school students to develop good eating hygiene habits. Through this research, I have enriched my after-school life, cultivated my own practical ability and persistent research attitude, and made me understand the importance of cultivating good dietary hygiene habits of middle school students. Thank the teacher for giving us this platform to develop our own quality, learn extra-curricular knowledge and understand social reality.
