Study on the Planning Content of Industrial Park

Industrial park is an important spatial agglomeration form of regional economic development and industrial adjustment and upgrading, and undertakes a series of important missions such as gathering innovative resources, cultivating emerging industries and promoting urbanization. The specific forms of parks are various, including high-tech zones, development zones, science parks, industrial zones, industrial bases, characteristic industrial parks and so on. And recently, industrial new cities and technological new cities have been put forward one after another in various places.

There are generally four stages in the development of industrial parks: the gathering stage of production factors, the leading stage of industry, the breakthrough stage of innovation and the gathering stage of wealth. Therefore, the planning of industrial park needs to position the park as a whole from the strategic level, so that it can achieve a highly trinity unity in industrial orientation, commercial services and human settlement environment, and realize the sustainable development of the city or park.
