Liu's personal experience

In 2002, he presided over the development of Dongfang Online Home, the first large-scale SNS platform in China, and was later listed as the main project of the national Internet access project by the Ministry of Education. In 2003, he joined Ye Hao Advertising Network Company, which was later called "China Internet Marketing Whampoa Military Academy" and was an early core member of the company.

In 2006, in the third online advertising competition in China, Liu won the first grand prize in the history of online marketing in China. With the rapid development of wireless broadband and the continuous evolution of desktop Internet, smart phones have become popular, and the era of mobile Internet has arrived. During this period, Liu and China Academy of Sciences designed the "Convenient China" mobile public service platform for the National Tourism Administration, which has been listed as the key project of China Tourism Administration's information intelligence by the State Science and Technology Commission.
