Explore the method of natural ecological environment destruction

(A) Preface:

"Ring Canal" will be an epoch-making product of Hainan Island; "Ring Canal" can not only macroscopically solve the problem of water in Hainan, and more importantly, Hainan will produce huge economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits. Ring Canal" is to fully coordinate the relationship between man and nature, is to protect the green mountains and green water of the great initiative, is the largest capital of Hainan's sustainable development. Its canals have irrigation, water storage, water transfer, aquaculture, power generation, tourism, transportation, ecological regulation of the integrated function, especially the "ring canal" in the tourism industry will be a unique, the world's best.

"Ring Canal" landscape design to solve five major contradictions: ① is the basic water conditions and the topography of Hainan Island contradictions; ② is the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources, especially during the dry season and socio-economic development of water resources for the growing demand for contradiction; ③ is the natural characteristics of the large amount of soil erosion and ecological economic and social development. of the sustainable development of the contradiction; ④ is the weakness of the flood control system and the protection of national property of the contradiction; ⑤ is the lagging function of water regulation and the promotion of the new construction of rural areas of the contradiction.

The landscape design of the "Ring Canal" will have an inestimable effect on the exploration of eco-tourism in Hainan.

(2) Abstract

The landscape design of "Ring Canal" and eco-tourism in Hainan is discussed in the following five aspects

(1) This paper utilizes the basic viewpoints of geography to study the structural distribution of the geographic environment of Hainan Island. Hainan's topography and geomorphology of the direction and has a circular layered structure determines the basis of the landscape design of the "Ring Canal". The landscape design of "Ring Canal" is divided into four levels:

①Taiwanese terrace and terrace between the orientation of the Ring Canal landscape, the coastal landscape for the main axis of canal tourism;

②The elevation of the landscape above the terrace, mainly for the mountainous natural landscape (including Wuzhi Mountain and the Lemueling area, the elevation of more than 1,000 meters). The peaks are 667, and the rock bodies are mainly granite);

③ Natural landscape at an altitude lower than the plateau (mainly plains natural landscape);

④ Coastal natural landscape (mainly highlighting the mangrove coasts and coral reef coasts).

Based on the circular layered landscape of Hainan, combined with 4 different levels of landscape design, the ecotourism landscape of Hainan is investigated and categorized into 4 different levels of ecotourism landscapes:

a, with international attractiveness: 5 National Nature Reserves (Wuzhishan Mountain, Jianfengling, Dadaopo Deer, Yalong Bay, and the Black-crowned Gibbon)

b, with leading characteristics in China : Sanya Shallow Coral Reef, Dongzhai Harbor Mangrove Forest, Tonggu Ling Protected Area, Boao Water City, Dadonghai, Tianya Haijiao, Nanwan Kiwi Island, Wanquanhe River, and so on.

C. Those that can provide appreciation value to tourists: Ma'anshan Mountain, Lok Pen Cave, Perfume Bay, Wenchang Confucius Temple, and so on.

D, with tourism potential: Lemueling, Dazhou Island, Nanshan Cultural Tourism Area, etc.

The "ring canal" tourism is the world's most typical ring eco-tourism, which allows the world to recognize Hainan, and allows Hainan to go global.

(2) "Ring Canal" landscape design focuses on the harmonious coordination and development of man and nature. The construction of the "Ring Canal" can regulate the water consumption of the three industries, the canal can be 18 cities and counties in Hainan, large and medium-sized reservoirs into a network distribution, not only in the transfer of water benefits (Hainan's east and west of the regional difference in annual precipitation of 1,000mm, the eastern monsoon climate of precipitation can be brought through the canal transfer of water in the west), and In irrigation, water storage, power generation, breeding, water transportation, tourism, ecology and other aspects of the great benefits, it can be said that the "ring canal" for the ecological environment and economic development in Hainan, to provide a link between the role of a major pillar industry.

(3) This paper reveals the layout of the vast majority of tourist attractions in Hainan Eco-Island and the "Ring Canal" organic integration. Its embodiment of **** the same point: ① Hainan ecotourism attractions in a ring-shaped layer distribution and "ring canal" structure level of organic integration. ② attractions and the connotation and function of the canal mutual influence, mutual complementary, organic integration.

(4) "ring canal" landscape design and eco-tourism in Hainan can not be ignored. Hainan Island is a beautiful and fertile island, but constraints on the ecological and economic development of the negative factors are many: the natural characteristics of a large number of serious soil erosion, soil erosion of more than 350km2; droughts, floods and frequent occurrence of geologic hazards; the water quality of the river can not be underestimated; the plains of the region's diving level decline; coastal ecosystems are facing serious saltwater erosion (to a certain extent, the edge of Hainan in the shrinking); wetland ecological function decline; the decline in the ecological function of Hainan, and the ecological development of the island. ); the ecological function of wetlands is declining; land sanding is occurring in different regions, and green mountains and green water are facing great challenges. Negative in the diffusion, in addition to man-made factors, natural factors are very important factors, and the construction of the "ring canal" is precisely the treatment of water problems arising from the negative problems.

(5) The construction of the "Ring Canal" is a great innovation and the only fundamental way to solve the water problem. Through the construction of the Grand Canal, constantly meet the needs of Hainan's rapid economic and social development of water resources; through the construction of the Grand Canal, to promote the transformation of the mode of economic growth, and to promote economic and social development into a scientific development track, especially to make the industrial structure and the layout of productive forces and the carrying capacity of water resources to adapt.

(3) Research Methods

(1) Intuitive research methods: simulation of landscape demonstration, a variety of atlases comprehensive utilization.

(2) Combination of traditional survey methods and modern technology research (including aerial photo interpretation, satellite photo interpretation, computer image processing, etc.), to fully collect landscape information at different levels from micro to macro, and to provide as much basis as possible for research and design.

(3) Procedural research method (status quo - problem - feedback - confirmation).

(4) Evaluation of the available value and conditions of landscape design, and more importantly, consideration of the overall landscape design of man-made interference in the ability to withstand and regulate their own ability. The evaluation of the landscape is the basis of the design.

(5) The design process introduces a feedback mechanism: that is, the negative prediction (evaluation) of the landscape reaches a certain range before finally determining the landscape design program.

(5) Discussion and Conclusion:

The landscape design of "Ring Canal" is an innovative scientific idea. Since 1995 in the 18th Pacific Science Conference first raised the issue of "ring canal", has been more than 10 years, colleagues from all walks of life are highly evaluated and affirmed, but so far the central and provincial government leadership has not attracted attention, has not been the project. Believe: it will not take long, "ring canal" landscape planning and implementation, through the unremitting efforts of all parties, will certainly be realized.
