Is there an entrance fee for Shanghai Disney Town?

Disney Town does not charge admission.

"Disney Town" is adjacent to Shanghai Disneyland, and the cosmopolitan and charming neighborhood will keep people coming back for more. Unique dining and shopping options are lined up for people to explore.

Visitors will be able to gather with family and friends and experience new and unexpected experiences. Some of the town's restaurants will have unique vistas, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while taking in the stunning views of Shanghai Disneyland.

Design of Disneytown

The design team for Disneytown comes from Disney creative talent from around the world, blending Disney traditions with classic Chinese design and elements of Haiku culture. The traditional Shikumen style is fully utilized in "Disneytown," representing Disney's homage to this unique Shanghai heritage.

Disneytown will feature seven Mickey characters created using traditional Chinese glaze craftsmanship. These statues, made by Chinese artists, are 1 meter to 1.2 meters tall. The seven colors of the statues represent the five elements of China (gold, wood, water, fire and earth), as well as the dragon and phoenix, which symbolize harmony in Chinese culture.
